Your responsibilities

Responsible for daily performance and development of processes (NPI, ECO, RFQ, Production Development Process)
Ensure new products are introduced into serial production according to plan and continuously improve SQDC results while serial production with a main focus on productivity and gross profit
Drive development projects, investments and continuously improve processes for productivity, efficiency, OTD, quality and profitability development
Leading a team, evaluating team performance and providing feedback for development
Providing technical guidance and support to team members
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving initiatives
Overseeing product development process from concept to completion
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Our requirements

Minimum 5 years of successful management of people in a well-structured organization and lean culture-oriented as an Engineering Manager
Minimum bachelor’s degree one of specialization: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, project management
Strong leadership and communication skills, creative strategic thinker, empathetic and relation-oriented, analytical and ready to take decisions, process, structure and continuous improvement oriented with a can-do attitude
Very good command of English
