Ukrainian game art outsourcing studio , specializing in the creation of high-quality 3D content for games, primarily AA and AAA projects for PC and consoles, is looking for a Business Development Manager (full-time or part-time).
We act as an External Development Partner for international clients, providing a full-cycle game art production service—from concept development to final integration into the production pipeline.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Identify and acquire new clients in international markets.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with game developers and publishers.
Conduct negotiations and present the studio's services to prospective clients.
Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding opportunities through the sales pipeline to contract signing.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in game development outsourcing or 3D game art outsourcing is required.
Demonstrated success in acquiring clients among AA/AAA PC and console game developers and publishers .
Strong understanding of the game art outsourcing market and its business specifics.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
