The job is remote, yet you need tobe Poland-based.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of SCOT solution architecture
Ensure that the solution architecture is in line with Project’s goals
Drive continuous improvement of technical solutions and architectural design. Identify and mitigate potential security and performance risks.
Define strategies for integrating SCOT with 3rd party systems and hosting environments.
Review architecture and technical design documents.
Collaborate with the platform supplier toensure the architectural design is compatible with the underlying platform.

Development:

Translate requirements and functional design into architectural design.
Provide technical leadership and design guidance tothe development team.
Review detailed designs delivered by the development team.
Establish and train the development team on development methodology, coding standards, and best practices.
Conduct source code reviews toensure adherence toarchitectural design and agreed standards.

Technical skills:

Proficient in .NET technologies and applicable programming languages ((#C, Angular)
Advanced knowledge in platform .NET (#C, EFC, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC)
Advanced knowledge in relational and non-relational databases
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Proficient in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc) and its architectural principles and industry standards related toapplication development and hosting.
Seasoned software development methodologies
Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles
Development experience with databases (relational and non-relational)
Experience in applying design patterns, object-relational mappers (NHibernate), experience with automated testing (NUnit, MSTest)
Knowledge of SCRUM, ITIL methodology, UCD process.
Experience with Continuous Integration (Bamboo), Code repositories (SVN, GIT), Issue Tracking Systems (Jira)
Ability towrite unit and integration tests
Ability tocreate Web Services based on SOAP and REST.
Ability tocoordinate work and collaborate directly with the customer (development lead role)
Full independence for the analysis of the requirements and designing solutions in line with the requirements
Experience with working in Agile Development Methodologies
Solving issues within the cooperation with solution owners/vendors (for example with the Microsoft support team).
Ability tolead the team (plan and organize work).
Preparing high-quality documentation & presentations for our partners.
Practical experience in designing application architecture.
Can train people, can work as solution architect
Experience in Docker and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google)
