Your responsibilities

Supervise financial operations of companies both in Poland and abroad
Manage, develop, and support the accounting team effectively
Ensure complete accounting and reporting compliance within the organization
Consolidate financial statements for the group accurately
Support and develop financial automation processes within the company

Employer requirements

Proven experience in consolidating financial statements is essential
Experience working with publicly listed companies is required
Proficiency in English at C1 level is mandatory
Expertise in Polish accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Experience working with ERP systems
Ability to inspire and lead a large team, build authority, and foster collaboration in a dynamic environment
Capability to make thoughtful decisions and maintain responsibility and consistency in actions
