What You're Signing Up For

Trial Oversight: Oversee and execute every stage of our trials, ensuring both digital solutions (apps, automation flows) and physical components (testing kit logistics) meet planned timelines and quality standards from setup to closeout.
Participant Engagement: Coordinate participant communication and interactions, establishing a smooth flow from recruitment to informed consent and onboarding. Maintain ongoing support to foster an engaging experience for every tester.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal team members and external partners, such as scientific advisors and research collaborators, to secure a cohesive process. Facilitate communication and guarantee alignment of goals and expectations across all stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Handle the setup and utilization of our application to collect and manage data. Make sure that tools such as surveys and workflows are properly implemented to keep responses accurate and reliable.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and address challenges proactively, act as the first point of contact for any issues that arise ensuring trials continue to run smoothly and meet predefined milestones.
Compliance and Reporting: Uphold trials in alignment with our compliance standards, producing meticulous documentation and clear reporting to stakeholders on trial progress.

Who’s a Strong Fit

PM Expertise: 3+ years of track record in leading and delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget, with a strong ability to coordinate team efforts effectively.
Skills Over Titles: Prior experience in the CRO or academic world could be an advantage but is not required.
Passionate About Wellness: A keen interest in health, wellness, and the transformative potential of science and data is at your core.
Organized and Proactive: Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous, with a strong focus on precision, you'll safeguard all trial components are executed flawlessly.
Strategic Problem Solver: You'll navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring trials stay on track.
Effective Communicator: Superior communication abilities in both Polish and English (at least C1 level) will enable you to liaise effectively with sponsors, participants, and the internal team.
Tech Proficient: Proficiency with digital tools like Zapier, Typeform, Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot, and ChatGPT is highly valued. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies that enhance operations is a must.

Salary range: 15. 000 - 22. 000 PLN net per month on a B2B invoice.

Location: Due to the logistical part of the business, the role requires being based in Poland. You're welcome to work remotely or drop by our Warsaw Mokotów office whenever you'd like!

The process after CV review:

30 min online tests : Tackle critical thinking, numerical reasoning, and attention to detail.
45 min call with founders : Discuss the role and our vision with Kacper and/or Anna .
30 min values interview : Explore if Evidose is a cultural match with Joanna , our first employee. Ask what working with us is truly like.
Half-day office visit : Engage in 2 practical exercises and join us for lunch. Note: your visit and work on these case studies is fully compensated.
