Order Execution Department Manager

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop the Order Execution and Logistics functions to ensure efficient execution of customer orders and delivery commitments.
Coordinate customer orders through the entire process from order receipt through production planning, manufacturing execution and shipment.
Maintain and improve DIFOT performance through effective monitoring, coordination and planning execution.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery schedules are achieved.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact production schedules, delivery performance or customer commitments.
Oversee transportation activities, including logistics providers, freight forwarders and transportation partners.
Ensure proper application of Incoterms, export documentation and international shipping requirements.
Coordinate and control Letters of Credit documentation and related commercial requirements.
Establish, monitor and report key operational performance indicators including OTD, backlog and delivery performance.
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure smooth cooperation and accurate flow of information.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Our requirements

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, project execution or logistics environments.
Experience in leading and managing operational teams and cross-functional initiatives within industrial manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, order execution and delivery management.
Experience coordinating complex customer orders and production projects from order intake through final delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering impactful outcomes.
Ability to identifying areas and implementing process improvements.
Experience establishing, monitoring and improving key operational performance indicators, including OTD, delivery performance, backlog management and logistics efficiency.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities and customer expectations.
Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
