Shopping Center Manager

Your responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the shopping center
Maintain strong relationships with tenants and provide ongoing support
Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and security services to ensure the center’s high standards
Monitor operational costs and budgets (utilities, OPEX, CAPEX)
Coordinate with the marketing team on events, campaigns, and local promotions
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and tenant satisfactiona
Represent the company in meetings with suppliers and local authorities

Our requirements

Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy working with tenants, suppliers, and teams
Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage several tasks and priorities at once
Office skills – Word, excel, power point and Outlook
Flexibility on working hours
Driving license – category B
