Requirements

university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,
several years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a production environment,
strong knowledge of accounting regulations and tax requirements,
practical experience in production cost accounting,
knowledge of transfer pricing and financial instruments,
fluent English enabling professional meetings and presentations,
advanced experience with ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI),
ability to present complex financial topics clearly and concisely,
strong organizational skills and experience in change and transformation environments,
valid driving license (category B).

Responsibilities

day-to-day support of the Finance Director in managing finance and accounting functions,
coordination and leadership of finance and accounting teams, including support for functional leaders,
oversight and development of management accounting processes,
monitoring, controlling, and optimizing operational and production costs,
cash flow management and supervision of financial liquidity,
preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses supporting management decisions,
cooperation with external auditors and regulatory institutions,
preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses (also in English),
participation in management meetings and meetings with external stakeholders,
supervision and structuring of financial documentation and internal processes.
