Sales Application Engineer

Your responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert on products, providing application guidance to customers and internal teams
Support the sales team by reviewing customer specifications, recommending solutions, and preparing technical documentation
Responding to customer inquiries regarding product compatibility, installation, and functionality
Assist with the development of customs or modified solutions to meet specific customer requirements
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure product feasibility
Provide training and technical support materials for customers, distributors, and internal staff
Participating in new product development by providing customer feedback and identifying market needs
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback received
Drive product positioning, approvals, and standardization activities within target markets.

Our requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience working with CAD software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English language skills.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
