Run experiments and conduct analysis so that we can reliably measure the impact of changes we make to our products
Leverage Python to uncover and surface insights from large data sets to cross-functional teams.
Design and develop automated reports using SQL, Tableau and Omni to surface insights to the entire business.
Contribute to and maintain a high quality codebase, ensuring code is well written, well tested and re-usable
Build reliable data pipelines and systems to improve, automate and scale our current business processes.

Global Offices and Working Policy

🇮🇪 Dublin, Our Buzzing HQ Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

🇬🇧 London, One Big Family Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

🇦🇺 Sydney, Small but Mighty Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

🇺🇸 Charlotte, our new US hub

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience: You have 3+ years experience in a data analyst role, ideally developing data pipelines and automating end to end data processes.
You have worked in a fast-paced consultancy or tech startup
You have excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, and have a strong ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You have a degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or science
Technical Expertise:
- You are proficient using SQL, Python and Tableau or Omni (or other data visualisation tools) and have the ability to learn new skills quickly.
You are a story-teller who can effectively interpret and communicate the insights derived from your analysis.
You communicate effectively and work well within cross-functional teams

How You’ll Stand Out

Experience in FinTech or eCommerce domains.
Experience with SQL and data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Dagster)
