Supply Coordinator

Your responsibilities

Contacting the suppliers of parts and/or materials in food contact and drive the work of getting Suppliers Declaration of Compliance (DoCp).
Internal administration and maintaining various databases and tools/systems.
The job is also about supporting suppliers and answering their questions when they are in the process of sending the necessary information to the client. DoCp will be controlled by in-house expertise before acceptance.

Our requirements

Higher education level or during studies in the field of business administration, engineering or economy or similar
First experience in the similar roles will be a perfect match especially focusing on legislation matters in the field of food safety
Experience with working on regulatory documentation
Having experience with such sectors like packaging, food or medical industries
Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and SAP systems
Fluency in English - direct cooperation with the American teams
