About the project, We are looking for an experienced IT Manager (m/f/x) who will be responsible for establishing, developing and overseeing IT operations at our 2 production facilities in Poland., , This role will be key to shaping the local IT strategy, ensuring the reliable operation of all IT systems, networks and end-user equipment, as well as supporting the maintenance of IT/OT infrastructure and communication systems., , Your responsibilities will include independently managing on-site IT operational support, coordinating maintenance activities, liaising with external suppliers, and ensuring business continuity through a stable and secure technological environment. A key aspect of the role will be implementing IT standards, monitoring the infrastructure, and working closely with global IT teams to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines on cybersecurity, infrastructure and operations.

Your responsibilities, Managing IT operations at 2 production sites (Szczecin and Legnica), Overseeing network infrastructure, servers and virtual environments, Ensuring the continuity of IT infrastructure operations and providing user support, Managing IT incidents, documentation and hardware inventory, On-site support during inspections and maintenance of equipment, networks and communication systems, Collaboration with the central IT department and external service providers, Support for IT/OT issues in an industrial environment, Participation in the construction and development of IT infrastructure in a greenfield environment

Experience in the role of IT Manager / IT Coordinator / Senior IT Specialist, Experience in a production or industrial environment, Knowledge of computer networks, IT infrastructure and the basics of virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V), Very good knowledge of Windows systems and popular office applications, Practical knowledge of LAN/WLAN operation, including VLAN configuration and network devices, General knowledge of OT/IT infrastructure used in industrial plants, Ability to work independently and organise one’s work effectively, Willingness to commute between Szczecin and Legnica, Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment
