Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position Buyer (m/f). Your tasks:

identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet production and operational requirements,

negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance,

establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost,

collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock,

identify and implement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain processes,

ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards,

analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and cost data to drive informed decision-making.
Our requirements:

3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment,

excellent communication and relationship-building abilities,

ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,

strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management,

familiarity with materials used in manufacturing, particularly for high-performance industrial products like air-cooled heat exchangers,

strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,

proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,

ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications,

experience with imports and customs clearance,

experience with cost management, budgeting, and inventory control,

knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
