Technical Warehouse Manager / Magazijnier

Your responsibilities

Inventory & Nomenclature Management: Organize, categorize, and track a wide range of truck spare parts, heavy transport tools, and fleet equipment.
Technical Support: Utilize your heavy vehicle mechanical background to accurately identify, verify, and source parts based on technical descriptions and machinery diagrams.
Digital Logistics: Process incoming and outgoing goods using the company's specialized computer systems and inventory software.
Physical Warehouse Operations: Receive shipments, unload delivery trucks, safely move heavy stock, and ensure the workshop/warehouse environment is clean and organized.
Collaboration: Work closely with the truck mechanics team, procurement office, and external suppliers to keep fleet downtime to an absolute minimum.

Our requirements

Professional Background: Proven experience as a Truck Mechanic, Heavy Duty Vehicle Technician, or a deeply technical Parts Advisor for commercial trucks. You must know how heavy vehicles work and thoroughly understand their components.
Computer Literacy: Strong digital skills; comfortable working with PC inventory management systems and software to process incoming and outgoing data.
Physical Readiness: Physically fit and willing to perform active, hands-on warehouse tasks daily (lifting, moving heavy parts, organizing industrial racks).
Language Skills: Good command of English. Dutch, French, or German is a strong plus for communicating with the team and suppliers.
Business Status: Ready to operate on a B2B basis (active independent status, invoice-based cooperation).
