Your responsibilities

Establishing initial budget costs / plans.
Updating budgets during design development.
Reviewing and costing design solutions.
Cost estimates of variations and change orders.
Preparing monthly progress payments according to works progresses.
Preparation and agreement of final account.
Value engineering.
Working with Clients and General Contractors.

Our requirements

Strong technical education in construction.
At least 5 years of professional experience in cost management in all contract phases: pre, post as well as final account, on shopping centers, offices and industrials projects.
Good communication in English (verbal and written).
Good overall technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience.
Agile, quickly adapts to changing conditions and requirements (esp. market, Client).
Full time employment engagement on-site (in Konin).
